I mistakenly got the wrong RAM upgrade for my Acer laptop. Reached out to them and got a return authorization (RMA) in just a day. I ordered a 2GB RAM for my laptop. When it arrived, I installed it, but the laptop wouldn’t start up. I shot an email to customer service and got a quick response from Sam G. He promptly offered to send me a replacement. A few days later, I received it, and this one worked perfectly!

I bought RAM for my laptop. Unfortunately, they didn’t work, so I tried to return them. I put in a request on their site but got no reply, so a few days later, I sent another request. Still no response, so I called customer service. The rep told me to just send the modules back for a refund. I did that, but the package came back to me marked as 'refused' by the recipient.

It's only $30, but I won't be dealing with this company again.

I got myself a couple of 4GB RAM sticks to boost my aging HP ProBook 4510s. MemoryStock reached out via email to confirm that my machine was using DDR2 memory, since some versions of this laptop come with DDR3. After I verified it was indeed DDR2, my order arrived in just a few days through USPS Priority Mail. The RAM was from the well-known brand Crucial. I took out the old 4 GB stick, popped in the new 8 GB, and my laptop fired up Windows 10 Pro without a hitch. It's working like a charm. Great price, solid product, and excellent service. Plus, they offer a lifetime warranty. I’ll definitely be back for more memory upgrades.
